Founded in 1982, CMSi has become nationally recognized as a leader in third party
administrator services. In January of 2003, CMSi was acquired by Blue Cross Blue Shield of
Wisconsin (BCBSWi). Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is the trade name used by CMSi.
